Every digital artwork in the My Moonbird universe is created with intention, quiet magic, and a touch of moonlit wonder.
By downloading or purchasing any digital file, you agree to the licensing terms below — crafted to protect the artist and honor the spirit of each illustration.
✨ 1. Personal Use License
(Included with every digital purchase)
The Personal License allows you to bring the artwork into your own world — to enjoy it, display it, and let it brighten your private space.
🌙 You May:
Print the artwork for your home, studio, or sacred corner.
Use it as wallpaper on your phone, tablet, or computer.
Gift printed copies to friends and loved ones (non-commercial).
Use the artwork for inspiration, moodboards, or journaling.
Print it as many times as you like for personal enjoyment.
✧ You May Not:
Sell printed versions of the artwork.
Share, resell, or distribute the digital file in any form.
Use the artwork in any commercial project.
Upload it to print-on-demand platforms (Printful, Redbubble, Etsy, etc.).
Use it for business branding, marketing, or commercial social media.
Modify the artwork for resale or claim authorship.
If your project has commercial intentions, please choose the Commercial License.
🌟 2. Commercial Use License
(Commercial licenses are offered upon request.)
The Commercial License extends your creative wings, allowing you to use the artwork in small-scale commercial projects where handcrafted beauty is needed.
🌙 With a Commercial License, You May:
Use the artwork in physical products for sale
(prints, postcards, stickers, packaging, journals).
Use it in digital products for sale
(e-books, templates, graphics).
Incorporate it into branding for a small business.
Use it in social media, marketing, and paid advertising.
Create and sell up to 500 physical units that include the artwork.
✧ Even with a Commercial License, You May Not:
Sell or distribute the original digital file.
Upload the artwork to print-on-demand platforms as a stand-alone design.
Sell digital versions of the artwork, even modified.
Produce more than 500 units (this is the maximum allowed).
Use the artwork in trademarked logos or claim exclusive rights.
Register a copyright based on this artwork.
🌙 3. Copyright & Spirit of the Work
All artworks remain the creative and intellectual property of the Artist (My Moonbird).
Purchasing a license grants usage rights, not ownership.
Each illustration is protected — please honor its integrity.
✨ 4. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final.
