Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping methods depend on your location and the type of product (handmade, printed, or digital). Digital files are available for instant or time-limited download after purchase.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Printed & handmade products 7–25 business days to arrive, depending on production time and your location.
Available for download shortly after payment confirmation.
Note: Handmade items may take additional time to produce before shipping (usually 2–5 business days).
Where can I find my digital download?
After purchasing, you will receive an email with a download link. If you have an account, you can also find your files in your order history. Download links are active for a limited times. If you need help, just contact us.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Most of our items — both printed and handmade — are made to order, which allows us to offer unique and customized products, reduce waste, and ensure fresh, high-quality results.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We want you to be happy with your order, but please note:
Not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
Not refundable once downloaded.
If your item arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll help resolve it.
Can I request a custom order?
Yes! We accept custom requests for handmade items and digital products (such as color or size changes). For printed products, customization may be limited. Feel free to reach out — we love bringing your ideas to life.
Do you offer any warranty?
Yes. We offer a 2-year warranty for customers in the European Union, covering manufacturing defects for physical items. This does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or natural wear and tear.
Can I print digital files at home?
Yes — digital products are high-resolution and ready to print at home or at any professional print shop. We recommend high-quality paper for best results. Some files are editable; check the product description.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Not yet — but we’re working on offering this option for select handmade products. Stay tuned!
Why does the product I received look slightly different from the photo?
Due to screen settings and production processes (especially in handmade and printed products), colors or small details may vary slightly. We always do our best to ensure what you receive closely matches what you see online.
Can I reorder the same item later?
Yes, but please note that availability may change. Some products are seasonal or limited edition — especially in the handmade and printable categories. If you love something, we recommend ordering before it’s gone!
