Return & Refund Policy
1. General Provisions
All physical My Moonbird products are handmade or made to order. In accordance with Article 1837 of the Czech Civil Code, returns at the Buyer’s request are not accepted, except for ready-made handmade items that were not created specifically for the Buyer and therefore fall under the standard 14-day withdrawal right.
Digital products cannot be returned due to the nature of file delivery.
2. Returns, Defects, and Damages
2.1. Notification Period
If the Buyer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, they must notify the Store within 3 calendar days of receipt.
2.2. Required Evidence
To process a claim, the Buyer must provide:
Photos of the outer packaging;
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item;
An unboxing video (if available).
2.3. Resolution
Once the defect is confirmed, the Store will offer a suitable solution — replacement, partial compensation, or full refund — depending on the circumstances.
2.4. Returning Damaged Items
Returning a damaged item is not required, unless specifically requested by the Store.
3. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the Buyer’s bank or payment provider.
